Bubble Gum Frosting

Top your favourite cupcakes with this crowd-pleasing Bubble Gum Frosting. Definitely a winner in your party or get-togethers!

Bubble Gum Frosting

Ingredients

• 12 vanilla cupcakes

• 250g butter, softened

• 4 cups icing sugar

• 3 tbsp milk

• Bubble Gum Flavor

• 2 small drops red gel paste color

• 2 small drops blue gel paste color

• 12 bubble gum candies (optional)

Tools

• Piping bag

• Wilton Tip 2D

Instructions 1. In a large bowl, combine butter, sugar, milk and bubble gum flavor. Beat with a mixer until buttercream is stiff and creamy.

2. Divide the buttercream into two small bowls.

3. Add red gel paste color to one bowl of frosting and blue to the other. Stir to combine.

4. Fit Wilton Tip 2D into a piping bag. Place one color of frosting along one side of a piping bag. Place the other color along the other side of the decorating bag.

5. Frost each cupcake with a swirling motion. Top each frosted cupcake with bubble gum candy.
