○ find out the techniques to fill and crumb coat 4" and 6" real cakes with chocolate ganache (recipes inclusive)
○ learn how to cover cakes with fondant and stack them into a 2 tier cake securely
○ create different types of edible appliqué and border designs using different tools
○ find out how to model 3D figurines using gumpaste including sizing, proportioning and balancing them on the cake
Students will bring back 2-tier real cakes. Lunch, certificate, materials and packaging box are all inclusive.
