Konnyaku Jelly Powder 100g.
Bring 1000g water to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer and add in 10g of konnyaku jelly powder and 200g of sugar (adjust sweetness if needed). Stir constantly while adding the powder a little at a time. Stir the mixture to prevent lumps from forming. When all powder and sugar has dissolved, turn heat off and pour jelly solution into molds. Refrigerate to set.
