Day 1: Peony wreath cake
You will learn:
- How to make Italian meringue buttercream
- Covering a 6" dummy cake
- Techniques of handling and piping buttercream flowers
- Assembling flower wreath and fillers
All students will be given ONE SET per student of nozzles, coupler, flower lifter, flower nail and flower stand. All tools and utensils will be ready by the studio. Lunch is included.
