In this class, students will be learning the method of making Macarons from scratch using the Italian meringue method. Students will also be taught how to cook & whip up 3 delicious fillings from scratch.
Fillings taught in the class will be:
1) Lemon Cream
2) Chocolate Salted Caramel
3) Strawberry Cream Cheese
