Postage Fees & Charges
Shipping rates are calculated based on weight or dimensions for bulky and lightweight items. We do not offer free shipping at the present moment, unless it is otherwise stated during promotion.
Your shipping fee will be clearly indicated at the time of checkout in the Order Summary after selecting your location.
You can choose to collect your purchases at our store located in Petaling Jaya.

During checkout, please select 'STORE PICKUP' before committing payment. Upon receiving your order, please wait for confirmation email from us before picking up your order from our store. Pick up is generally available the same day if order is placed before 11am, otherwise the next day, unless item is out of stock.

We try our best to prepare your orders and send them out as soon as we can after verifying your orders but orders can only be shipped during working days and hours.
After your order is verified, you can expect to receive your order within the following time frame:
In Metro areas: 1-6 working days (excluding Sunday and holidays)
In Non-Metro areas: 2 - 10 working days (excluding Sunday and holidays)
In The East Malaysia states & Labuan: 7-14 working days (excluding Sunday and holidays)
We hope our customers understand that we do not represent courier companies, and as much as we hope for parcels to arrive on time, parcels can suffer delays beyond our control. We are unable to provide you with an exact date and time of the delivery. Delivery times are influenced by product availability, your shipping destination and the courier partner's delivery schedule in your location. However, please rest assured we're on your side and will help in any way we can. Dispatches are during office hours from Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays.
